R — Respect: We value empathy, courtesy, and fairness. By embracing diversity and rejecting social division, we remain united in our common identity as CHAMPs.

A — Accountability: We instill a sense of personal agency. Our students learn to own their journey, taking responsibility for the thoughts and actions they can control.

R — Resourcefulness: We encourage proactive problem-solving. A TA student is an independent thinker, trained to navigate new challenges with creativity and self-sufficiency.
