• We are offering a limited number of 2-year full scholarships into Tennis Avenue School (worth £28,800) and 50% scholarships (worth £14,400) to children aged 8-11. If both parties are happy with the progress trajectory achieved in the 2 years then an additional 2 years will usually be offered, with further 2 year reviews thereafter.

• We are currently offering scholarships primarily to students enrolling in Year 4 and Year 5 (2026/2027 Academic year). Older children will be considered if they are national standard.
• We are looking for children who would thrive in a school that enables them to spend 3+ hours each day training in the sport they love. 
• They must bring a positive energy, a can-do attitude, good behaviour and a desire to work hard and compete at the highest levels. 
• At the same time we seek parents who will trust us enough to leave the entire tennis development process to our experience and judgement

• For Y6 and above, to receive a scholarship, players must be top national level, competing regularly in LTA Grade 1 and Grade 2 tournaments.
• For Y4 and Y5 entry, and in certain exceptional cases, we may offer scholarships to players we feel could attain national level within 12 months
• We are unable to offer scholarships to children who have special educational needs that require resources beyond what we have as standard (due to the additional and uncertain costs involved).

Once you have submitted this form, we aim to respond within two working days. 

Please be prepared for one or both of the following to enable us to assess your child:

1. Enter your child into one of our regular LTA Tournaments to be assessed in competition.
2. Book an Immersion Day (see home page) so that we can assess your child within the school day setting.
